Lecture Activities

Dr. Koeppel regularly gives lectures to dental professionals on topics including Cosmetic Dentistry, Veneers, Reconstructive Dentistry, use of lasers in dentistry, neuromuscular dentistry, TMJ therapy and dental sleep medicine.

Neuromuscular Dentistry Philosophy

More recently, Dr. Koeppel has become increasingly involved in the diagnosis and treatment of Neuromuscular Dentistry, espousing a wide range of diagnostic methods that are used for the treatment of TMJ and Craniofacial Pain.

He is one of the few practicing dentists who incorporates diagnosis and treatment philosophies from both the LVI Neuromuscular Dentistry program and those promoted by specialists in Craniofacial Pain.

Dr. Koeppel has effectively combined the diagnostic and treatment paradigms promoted by essentially two different schools of thought toward myofacial pain and TMJ/TMD disorders that assures a wider range of desired treatment outcomes.
